MoveWithGrab is Grab's newest vehicle pooling service operational during rush hours in the morning and at night. It’s available between 6:00AM to 8:00AM, and 5:30PM to 8:00PM, Mondays to Fridays *except public holidays. We have limited number of seats per scheduled pick-up time so to guarantee your seat, book now!


FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

Can I book in advance?

Yes, you may book up to 7 days before your trip. This is a guaranteed seat reservation.


What time do I have to show up?

You have to be at the Grab pick-up point at least 5 minutes before your scheduled departure time to guarantee your seat reservation.


Will the car wait for me if I'm late?

No. In case of no show 5 minutes before scheduled departure time, your reservation will be forfeited. You may get a ride on the next available slot, but your status will now be a Chance Passenger. (Passengers with Advance Booking for the next slot will get first priority.)


What if I don’t book online?

You may show up as a Chance Passenger and you will be allocated only if there is an available seat. So better book in advance for a guaranteed and hassle-free trip!


What if I need to change the time of my booking? 

If you would like to modify the time of your booking, please go online and book your new time slot. In addition, please cancel your previous booking to free up the slot for other passengers. 


Can I cancel?

You may cancel anytime. The cancellation link may be found on the email confirmation sent.

*We strongly encourage you to cancel via the web link in the email confirmation to free up the seat for other passengers. Passengers with high records of no show may be subject to penalty or banning from using the service.


Can I book for more than one slot?

Please book only one slot per person (Up to 1 each during morning rush & evening rush). Please note that if we notice that you are booked on several time slots, your ride may be forfeited.


Can I book for another passenger?

Yes, but please input the details of the other passenger.


How much do I pay?

Fares are fixed per trip – you will pay an upfront, fixed fare as indicated in the trip description. Fares range from P70 to P150 for Sure Seats, depending on the trip you choose. 


How do I pay?

Please pay by cash at the Grab Booth prior to boarding.


What do I have to bring when I get to the Grab pick-up point?

Please have your valid ID or a screenshot/printed copy of your email confirmation. If you are not able to present any of these, you may not be allowed to take the ride. 


What vehicles will be used?

Depending on the trip, we may use a 6-seater AUV/SUV or a 12-seater van.



How many people may be accommodated per trip?

Seating is based on the vehicle's standard seating capacity which is spacious enough to accommodate all passengers comfortably.



How many vehicles are assigned per schedule?

This will depend on the popularity of the route. Rest assured that we will continue to add vehicles and time slots if a certain trip is consistently in high demand.
