    Continue MOVE WITH GRAB Service
    The move with grab service is very convenient for for us. We can sit comfortably and relax before work and rest after work. MOVE WITH GRAB service provides us a safe alternative where we can go to and from our offices without bringing our cars, hence helping in decongesting traffice. PLEASE don not suspend MOVE WITH GRAB operations.

    Good service and trustworthy drivers
    I have been riding here since last month and I could say that the service was really good. Everyone was professional and disciplined, even up to the barkers. As for my recent experience, I would really want to commend move with grab and its driver Almar Norada who returned to me my wallet, which I left in his van unit last April 3. Mr. Norada was really kind and honest enough to return my wallet and even come up with the most convenient arrangement for me to be able to get my wallet as soon as possible. Special thanks to his wife, Ms. Katherine who also made it possible and who has been very hands-on in making sure that she gets to contact my brother, who will be picking up my wallet on my behalf. I rarely pledge my full trust to any transport services given the society we are in today but I could say that mu abovementioned experience has really made me think otherwise. With this, I would like to thank Sir Alamar and Ms. Katherine once again for this. (Babawi po ako :) )

    timeslot is confusing
    Been riding this since December. I booked a 6:45-7:00 am timeslot and arrived few minutes before 6:50. I was told Im already a chance passenger and therefore should pay the more expensive fare. Why provide a time window when you will insist the earlier timeslot to be followed??? According to the staff, the policy posted in the website changed. But no information was disseminated about it.

    Driver did not use waze
    Today we left sm at 7am, its now 8:48 and we are still at pasig stuck in traffic. Usually we should be at bgc already by this time. Driver did not use waze and travelling from north to cubao via edsa took 1 hour already.

    Driver route and waze use
    Driver is unfamiliar with route and wrongly followed waze app so we had to take diff routes from waze as it is recalculating. Took a lot of time from net park to aura drop off.

    Orientation of drivers
    Driver today told us that its his first time here at bgc route and does not now whrre to go. That's why we wrre going around bgc for a while. When asked why is he going that different way, far from aura and net park, he told me that he didn't know because its his first time. Drivers must be oriented properly and must know where they will be dropping off or use waze. We arrived at bgc around 9am. Its 9:19 and we havent arrived at aura

    Poor route
    Some drivers use grab app and we arrive to bgc past 8am. But there are drivers like the one who drove today at 7am from sm to bgc who took the edsa route, no waze app and we arrived at bgc very late, past 9am. Drivers must seek route that minimizes travel time. Our driver today had gone through the edsa route. Too much traffic. Last week drivers went through a different route (ortigas shortcut and c5) and we are way earlier

    Very bad navigation
    It is very very frustrating that Grab asks you to pay for 100 where you can take the P2P bus from QC to Makati! It upsets me because everytime I take this new service, the drivers KEEP TAKING THE EDSA ROUTE! WHY????? Do your drivers not know how to use waze??? Could someone tell your drivers to use technology? They know how horrible traffic gets on EDSA but they keep traversing it. Very bad! Rip off of the p2p! If only I can rate it with 0 stars...

    poor mavigation skills of the drivers they keep on taking the.most congested EDSA and they dont use Waze. It's as if they are being paid by the hour and likes taking the longer.route. they dont care if the passengers will be late for work or school

    all the drivers do not use waze . if they ever do, they do not.follow waze. they keep on taking à the GMA Cunao EDSA route which usually takes 45 mins to 1.hr .from Sm North Edsa to D Tuazon..The drivers do not find faster ways or route and sticks to to EDSA which is generally known for heavy traffic. Waiting tine is improved.

    It says I can book up to 6 hours before but been checking since last week no slots available talaga from Glorietta 5 to Trinoma

    Late departure
    Was scheduled at 7:00 timeslot and was at the pick up point before 7am but the waiting time before dearture was too long. We departed from pick up point past 7:20. 20 mins waiting time is too long knowing that its rush hour and passengers were informed to be at pick up point 10 mins before the booked timeslot.

    Driver is not familiar of routes
    I booked for 6:15pm but we leave around 6:30pm, given the traffic situation in BGC, it is a waste of time. Also, the driver did not use the waze app until one of the passenger asked him to do so. However, he still did not follow the suggested route of waze and stick to the route that he often use. For the entire travel, he keep on asking us (passengers) which route to take since he is not familiar with SM San Lazaro. On the contrary, booking is fast and ok, and staff and driver are courteous.

    Where’s the 730 am slot??
    Am a regular rider for sm north to mega every morning. And am happy with your service. I sometimes book ahead to avoid overlooking to book. Today when i got to the booth i was told my 730am sched is no longer available!! no previous advise or email alert received since i booked ahead! U just revised the scheds without informing your regular riders!! The least was to revise the scheds on a monday so we can adjust. And why d big gap in time?? 630 am then 8 am is next? Quite unfair!!pls re think the schedulea for SM north to Mega morning trips. Bring back the 7 or 730 pls!

    Why change something that is working properly?
    Please retain the SM North Pitstop. The additional waiting time to fill the van/shuttle in the morning adds another 30 mins of travel to SM North-Makati route, making us late for work. I also noticed that there are no available van/shuttle during the evening rush around 7:30 onwards. We waited 30 mins. until the staff booked a regular grab six seater. Kindly make a study first before implementing drastic changes. Thank you.

    Frim bgc to trinoma or sm north
    New route from bgc to kfc quezon ave. ive been waiting for almost 9mos but the new route is not favored with me kasi hanggang quezon ave lang. hassle kasi iikot pa. Sometimes sa centris na lang kami bumababa lahat. however, most of us preferred from bgc to trinoma/sm north. If glorietta to trinoma/sm north can do that route , looking forward to have the same route in bgc. Almost the passengers from bgc to north are the passengers going to bgc. If you can also schedule early time like 5:30pm. We highly appreciate your fast action.

    Does not leave on time (6:10am)
    I booked for 6:10am trip and it didn't leave on time.. it is now 6:20am... expecting traffic later, waste of time..

    BE ON TIME
    Leave on time. No need to wait your passengers who dont know how to be on time kaya nga po may departure time tapos hihintayin pa yun late na nagbook? I didnt get the rationale for this! Kokonte nagbook kaya wait pa mapuno kahit lampas na sa departure time for 15minutes? Kawawa naman yun mga gumising ng maaga just to be on time!

    you should have alternate route instead of just following one direction/waze. it causes much time to your passenger.

    Priority line for those who booked online
    I just noticed that the difference between booking online and just going straight to the Grab booth is, you pay only P89 for booking online, and P119 if you book directly in the booth. Other than that, there is no separate or priority line for those who made an effort to book ahead online. There is only one line and if there are walk ins who came ahead of you, you will still wait in line. All along i thought that the advantage of booking online is you get priority. I think you should fix this and give priortu ro those who book online.
